Why Eliot Spitzer Shouldn't Be Governor..

Eliot Spitzer has forfeited his right to be govenor of the state of New York due to his inability to fight Medicaid Fraud. To read about a specific real world case example click here

This election is not about Democrats or Republicans, it is about WHAT AND WHO SEEKS TO MAKE NEW YORK A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL IT'S CITIZENS.

New York State's Medicaid spending is strangling the taxpayers and undercutting the quality of medical care for all New Yorkers. Spitzer's employee's are told to IGNORE the FRAUD; or cite the New York State Statute of Limitations when fraud involves New York City and State Hospitals; thereby helping the hospitals maintain their Chinese Wall of solvency.

His program is overly generous to health-care providers and then the state sticks local governments with a substantial burden of the costs—and this, is a major reason New York State and City property taxes have risen to an unreasonable amount.

New York State's Medicaid program was launched more than 30 years ago as a way of financing health care for the neediest of our citizens.

To understand New York State's Medicaid program; click here and here. Structural Flaws in Government Systems focused on theINSTITUTIONAL ABUSES WITHIN THE STATES on HEALTH CARE REFORM.

The Medicaid program has emerged as a monstrous, $24.5 billion budget-buster at both the state and local levels. It targets doctors instead of institutions. It uses this money to aid an already bankrupt health-care industry while no coverage is offered to more than 3 million uninsured New Yorkers. To afford COBRA in New York State; an individual must be in the upper income tier of New York citizens.

Although the state of New York has adopted a Medicaid this does nothing to stop the on-going fraud and abuse withon Mr. Spitzer's Offices. was right on track earlier in the year by calling for a tax reduction in property and personal taxes.

As New York State's Chief Legal Officer, the Attorney General's job is to defend and protects the people of New York. Instead helps in concealing Medicaid fraud in the millions of dollars; in his effort to help keep New York State's hospital's afloat. Is this who New Yorker's want as their head of state? Vote Smart...Be Informed...Vote to Bring Down the Real Estate Tax..Vote for New York..
