for website owner and designer legal liabilty.
An ISP (Internet
Service Provider) sells hosting space to put your finished
product
(WEBSITE) on the internet. The person or persons who create,
makes,
maintains, designs nad provides technical support to get the
website
on the Internet (the Webmaster); they are legally responsible for
the content. Misrepresentation
is considered to be a form of deception,
