FTC Regulations make the webmaster and the Web Designer responsible
for fraud prevention. Ad Agencies (or possibly marketing companies),
Web Designers and Webmasters are now HELD responsible for reviewing
the information used to substantiate written documents posted on the internet.

All websites must have their Privacy and Copyright Policies easily accesible
and identifable to all levels of web competent surfers. From beginners to
advanced users. The Federal Trade Commission has posted on it's website;
the DO's and DON'TS for website owner and designer legal liabilty.

An ISP (Internet Service Provider) sells hosting space to put your finished
product (WEBSITE) on the internet. The person or persons who create,
makes, maintains, designs nad provides technical support to get the
website on the Internet (the Webmaster); they are legally responsible for
the content. Misrepresentation is considered to be a form of deception,
